Melissa and the team at Griswold Care are truly exceptional. When my dad wasn’t well, our family spent a lot of time debating whether bringing in a caregiver was the right decision. From the very beginning, Melissa made the process feel less overwhelming. Her communication was fabulous, and when she came to meet with us, she was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate. She approached the situation with such a loving eye, and it was clear that her professional background and her personality both lend themselves beautifully to this work.
