My MIL initially came for rehab but ultimately, even after rehab, we determined that her best & safest situation would be long-term care (she refused assisted living & her baseline was not independent). She grew to love the staff & the facility. Staff across all departments are caring, understanding, knowledgeable & truly there for the resident. The teamwork & communication is evident. It is refreshing to see such a hard-working bunch of people come together to make a difference.

Our experience has truly been amazing! My MIL is deaf & staff have gone out of their way to learn ASL & figure out her routines.

I now know I can sleep better at night knowing her needs are being met, she gets amazing food everyday & the nurses are taking great care of her chronic wound. I no longer worry about coming home to find her lying on the floor. Administration has been involved to tried to optimize her experience & has addressed concerns immediately and effectively.

I feel like the previous reviews are not a current reflection of the current staffing & care at the facility. Just my opinion 🤷‍♀️

We had a great experience at Greentree Health and Rehab. The staff was kind and attentive, even when short-handed, and the facility was clean. My dad never had any complaints (unless fish was on the menu!). We were hesitant because of some negative reviews, but we’re so glad we gave it a chance. Very grateful for the care he received.

Absolutely undeserving of a singular star. My great grandma has faced signs of extreme neglect from this facility that ultimately led to improper treatment of a wound that is now in her bone. She will not make it to see another year. This demonstrates the lack of kindness and willingness of the staff at hand to treat all patients equally and with genuine care. Because of this I lose a family member that I grew up loving and being loved by. This is absolutely unacceptable and entirely report worthy. Do not respond to me, I have nothing to say positive nor would I like to have a conversation about my dying elderly great grandmother's care when it is clear how we got to this point. I will be making a report.

Zero stars. The negligence that occurred to my grandmother was so extreme, that they are directly responsible an incurable deep pressure sacral wound that has spread to the bone. Wages should be high enough to attract competent people, and if they do not have enough competent staff to handle the workload, then they need to leave rooms unfilled until they do. Do not reply to me GreenTree, save it for when the state contacts you.

If there was a zero on here that's what I would rate it at. I would NEVER recommend anyone to come here!! My Dad is there for a short rehab, VERY short stay. Nothing but unnecessary roughness, verbally abusive, lazy cna's that do not respond to call lights in a timely manner, being told no by a nurse when asking for something that's dr ordered, very poor communication and many other rights taken away from him. I will be reporting to state everything along with dates and approximate times. If you want you're parents or any family members treated with dignity and respect I would highly recommend that you NOT admit them here! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!
