My mother had a prior fall due to her electrolytes being low. After 5 days at PRMC the doctor recommended a rehab facility to build up her strength. My mother was at Greenbrier only 4 days. On the fourth day she was told to get up and get dressed after breakfast that she was going to rehab. When she mentioned she was dizzy the aid told her maybe it was the coffee she drank (which was cold so she didn't drink it) Knowing my mother had a prior fall, no one volunteered to help her get dressed so she dressed herself. When my mother tried to get up to go potty she fell again fracturing her hip. My mother had to have surgery in Tyler and another stay at a different rehab facility. One star rating is too good for Greenbrier. They are neglectful and horrible with patience.
