I was a patient at Green Oaks and everything was wonderful. They took good care of me. Everyone made sure every area was taken care of. I call them my children. If I had to...I would come back!

Mom had to go for rehab after shoulder replacement. The 1st night we hit the call button for help twice in 30 minutes for assistance to get to the bathroom. No one came. Had I not been there to go get someone how long would she would of sat in her own mess?
UPDATE: When Mom missed a meal when in therapy..a nurse went and got her a burger and fries from Brahms! The staff have been helpful and PT is great. She's coming home today!

Must be short staffed. Since then everything has been ok. The staff is helpful.
