If your family member has memory problems or mobility problems absolutely do not put them in this facility. They have no desire towards basic patient care for these people and will retaliate towards those who stand up for those who can’t. If they are truly understaffed the management is to blame and I feel bad for the nurses, cnas, pcts. Don’t bother calling to the director he will gaslight you saying they treat everyone like family, start talking about religion, and not actually try to listen to you. I have been patient with these people, I have showed compassion and understanding but not once was it ever given back to me or my family member. The only nurse that helped us was soon after given shorter hours and treated different for advocating for us.

Such nice and clean facility in the small town. I just visited this past week and they had it all decorated for Halloween. The staff is very friendly and make sure your loved one feels special.

Great facility! Always clean. Amazing staff that go above and beyond for patients. They do their best to make it feel like home. They do some pretty awesome activities with the patients and are always willing to answer questions or help out when they can.. Definitely one of the best places.

This is my brothers home and he doesn't want to live anywhere else. He likes the staff andt the Administrator. He has lived most of his life in Dumas, Texas and he knows so many in and out of this facility. My husband, Dwight and I know all of his needs are being taken care of. We are contacted about any changes in health care and they have helped us with many obstacles with insurance or forms that need to be completed.
They go above and beyond to help making him feel great on a daily basis and special occasions, especially during the Covid pandemic. We want to thank you all at GPNR for all you do for our loved one! God Bless you all,
Ruth and Dwight Russell
