My father was a resident here for approx 6 months. Twice our family had to take him to the ER resulting in lengthy hospitalizations due to inadequate care. My father was showered twice a week and his clothes, including underwear were only changed twice a week often he looked dirty. Property went missing. The room was rarely cleaned and the bathroom floor was filthy. I'm not sure what we paid for, we got nothing in return. Absolutely no help whatsoever from administrator except being a target when we complained. When we finally got his property out after being in the hospital for 6 days the only question they asked was about paying the bill.They had no interest in my father who is now in rehab. This place is beautiful but what is behind the scenes is not. All I can say is good luck if u make the choice to go here. Watch your loved one closely!!! Just our opinion
