When my wife was there they would at times let her lay in poo and when the aides came in to change her. Let's wait till she empties out then we will come back and change her 3 hours and 45 minutes later I went to the office there they stood. I ask 4 aides was there. They came 30 more minutes later to change her

Staff and management go above and beyond to make sure that their residents are well taken care of. Very clean and friendly environment. I would definitely recommend this facility for your loved one.
