We recently moved my dad into Grand Villa, and while it has only been a little over a week, I’ve been incredibly impressed with the experience so far.<br><br>Moving a parent into assisted living is a big transition for everyone involved, and the team at Grand Villa has made the process feel much easier and more comfortable than we expected. From the beginning, everyone has been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely caring.<br><br>I especially want to recognize Rosie and Antonieta. Both have gone above and beyond to make sure my dad feels welcomed, comfortable, and supported, while also giving our family peace of mind during the transition. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help have really stood out.<br><br>It means a lot knowing my dad is surrounded by people who genuinely care about him and his well-being. We’re very grateful to the entire Grand Villa team and feel really good about our decision to have him there.

We came with my grandmother and toured the community. Maya helped us and was so wonderful. We'll be moving her in and couldn't be happier with our overall experience so far.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Grand Villa of Delray Beach. The facility is beautifully presented, clean, and welcoming, and the staff has been incredibly accommodating and helpful. Most importantly our loved one is happy, comfortable and well cared for, which means so much to us.<br><br>I especially had the pleasure of dealing with Maya Justilien, who has been absolutely wonderful. She took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns, and made us feel truly cared for throughout the process. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism really stood out. It is clear that the staff at Grand Villa genuinely cares about the residents they serve and their families!!!

I was looking for reasonable competent care for my loved one and found it and Grand Villa. Maya Justilien was very compassionate, patient with all my questions and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

I would like to say yuck upon answering the front door, it smelled like urine and nobody greeted me. I’ve been in the search of a place to put my mother and they refused her a place to live all because of her multiple disabilities. This place needs to be shut down.
