Great staff professional, patient, great customer service. They’ve treated my father great! The food looks delicious. Very clean smells fresh and clean. Parking is great not overcrowded in the facility or out in the parking structure. It’s been a great experience so far no complaints.

My mom is currently at Grand Terrace. The nurses,doctors, and administrative team have provided excellent service. They are compassionate, empathetic and caring. I live in SC and I was so worried that I could not be there with my mom but Stephanie, Ana, Bernardo, Alyssa, Hugo, and Kevin have put those worries to rest. The therapists (Gabriel) work with my mom and encourage her. She has fun because they use play therapy activities Their exceptional dispositions, professionalism, and great bedside manner has helped our family rest easier. Thank you for all that you do everyday!

I just want to take a moment to recognize how truly wonderful this health care center is. My grandpa is currently a resident here, and the care he receives means more to our family than words can express. The nurses and staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and compassionate. They treat him with patience, respect, and genuine care, which gives us so much peace of mind. It’s clear that they don’t just do their jobs—they truly care about their patients. We are so grateful for the amazing nurses and the entire team for everything they do every single day.

Grand terrace health care center is an amazing facility. I appreciate the compassion and care this facility provides the patients. Nadia the social worker has been fantastic on keeping the family’s updated with care plans and discharges when ready to go back home. The whole team is amazing from administration to the CNA’s.
