Not what I was told it would be, maintenance is not good,management is lacking and now the 'renovations' that are going on have not taken the residents in consideration at all

Having lived here for almost one full year, it's been taken care of by the maintenance department that is on top of things! All you have to do is call a number, make out a work order and it's normally seen to the very next day! The people are nice it has a sense of security and is near hospitals, grocery and gas station in the neighborhood known as Grafton Hills. Actually a very safe neighborhood to walk through without being fearful. In today's world, that says slot!
