I had a wonderful experience with Alieta Gonzalez, Director of Memory Care at Grand Living at Coral Gables when visiting the place looking for a new home for my grandparents. She took the time to show me the activities they offer their residents and explained how they work to make every day a positive and meaningful experience. We brought my mother to live at Grand Living at Coral Gables in Assisted Living a little over two years ago. She always received very good care from the excellent staff. Recently her needs changed to require a higher level of care and we moved her into Luminations Memory Care. The move was facilitated by the staff very efficiently. Alieta the director is great at responding to questions and the nurses and aides are highly professional. There are group activities. The overall atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable for both residents and family members. My mother is safe and secure.
