never leave your loved one in the care of this facility, unless they can fully care for themselves and advocate for themselves with all of their needs. they will deny them their medication. they wont keep them clean. if they need something they will rarely get someone to even listen unless an outsider advocates for them and then they will have to feel the wrath of speaking up. they will lie straight to your face. the staff will bring their personal drama into your loved ones life. the staff and people in charge of this facility in Windom mn i honestly dont know how they can live with themselves and sleep each night. this facility should be shut down and residents should be moved somewhere else. If I could leave negative stars on this review I would. All of what they do should be against the law!
