My soon to be 98 year old mother is at St John’s as the result of dementia and having broken her leg in December. She has been given very good care and treated very well by the nurses. The staff are patient and understanding of her condition. They make sure she gets out of her room and participates in various activities as best she can. The staff also creates activities suited just for her to keep her occupied.

I am so thankful for the amazing care my 102 year old aunt has received here for many years. All the staff I've encountered are caring and kind. In spite of the disabilities of age they treat her with dignity and respect.

My mother recently stayed at St John's. She really only had one good shower the entire stay. She would sit on the toilet for a half hour many times waiting for help to arrive. She was almost given the wrong meds. Thankfully she recognized they weren't her pills. Her new clothes were lost in the laundry. Besides physical and verbal abuse can it get worse? This isn't the care I would want. Apparently, they have had the same issues for years! Very scary and sad! I hope someone that cares and can improve this facility will do so.
