I would not recommend Brookstone Hospice to anyone.  They tried to pressure me into signing their forms before they did an assessment on my mother - which Great Plains Hospice does not do - despite the fact that their forms stated that an assessment had already been done.  As a result of the confusion and delay, my mother lost valuable time. When I ran into problems with Brookstone, I attempted to get Great Plains Hospice involved, but by the time Great Plains received the order, it was too late as my mother had passed away.
