This facility is wonderful. My mama loves the activities. Bingo, karaoke singer that she loves dancing to. Bowling & guessing games, that keeps the mind sharp. They have so many activities that include the families too. Thank you to all the awesome employees, too.

This facility sucks should be closed. It sinks the staff stands around looking lost. This facility is dirty. You enter thru the back and that's not good. That facility could use some rejuvenation...Clean the patients room and give better care. The State needs to monitor this facility...I wouldn't use the toilet at this facility

Care is substandard, and oder of Urine is overwhelming when you walk through the door. I have had to have several conversations with the caretaker s of patients in their care about cleanliness issues.

I am very pleased with the care and love given to my Uncle in his last days. thank you Zoe, Darlen, Saret, and Ann and others I don't remember there names. Thank you for being so kind to Charles. Charles told me how much love you all showed him. Thank you to the local Church's that sent Christians in to minister to Charles. Thank you Chaplain for being so kind to Charles. Charles loved the staff, and always bragged about how he had the best caregivers. Charles told me my friends here take good care of me.

They like to stereotype and judge you base off what you look like. Very unprofessional. With how many homes are in the area, you’d think they’d be a bit more polite. DO NOT GO HERE. Your better of somewhere else without the judgement.
