Poor Communication and Improper Discharge Planning My brother was accepted to their facility for long-tern care and was sent to the hospital with the expectations that they were going to accept him back once he was stable, now they are refusing to accept him back and they have failed to call the family to let us know they are not taking him back

I absolutely love this place and love Jesse in the evenings. My mother loves it there but sometimes in the evening or when I call the nurses to answer my moms phone for her because she can’t. The nurses are absolutely rude and always act like your bothering them. This is my mother!! How would they like it if someone acted like that towards them? Sometimes I’m scared to call because I don’t want to bother them. Jesse on the other hand is absolutely wonderful!

The staff is very friendly and really care about the patients that are here no matter if its a short term or long term stay. They keep you informed about things going on recreationally and personally. The administrator is awesome! She visits with everyone while she's in the building. All the nurses and their aids are attentive as well. The kitchen makes delicious food which is a dramatic opposite of other places. Very homey vibe!!
