i’m having trouble understanding if this is a real place or not. my grandmother is a very important woman just like her roommates and how come none of them are receiving assistance? do not send me a number to call to further this discussion because if you can answer a certain number i surely hope you can help the patients at your facility.

Everyone treated me very treated me very well. The care was good. Everyone treated me with respect and dignity. I was provided all necessary information for discharge provided by my case manager Katie. Thank you golden Modesto.

One of the most scary situations for people over 80 are falls. My wife fell and fractured her hip. Now what! After a successful operation they referred us to Golden Modesto which used to be Hylond Health. Wow! They are very good. Other than the fact that she was bed ridden for awhile. The staff took very good care for her. They are professional, courteous, and very caring. I couldn’t thank them enough for what they did for us. If I should need a place like that. That’s where I would go. The physical therapist were very friendly and professional as well. So be careful but if something should happen? I’ve got a place for you.

This place may seem caring and kind, but they are a bunch of two faced people. When my mother in law was sent there over a year and a half ago, things seemed fine and smooth. The care at first was great. As the months went on and the request for just a certain accommodation just went with out any care. My mother in law sat in her own waste for hours after calling for help to be changed and for me to call from work to get them to do their job. After a while she did loose most mobility in her arm to be able to feed herself and I know that she can be stubborn but to not help feed her and have her help herself is beyond words. Some of the staff there are kind and caring but only put on a face when they are confronted with the situation. Not a place or any place I would want anyone to be at.

This review is over do by a couple months. My overall experience with most of the staff has been pleasant and uplifting. I came in from the hospital decrepit. By the grace of God and the kind and patient nurses I have ascended from the hospital bed and to my feet. I was in a room close to the manager's office in charge of patients care. My personal experience with the main manger Katie was beyond uncomfortable and everything she has stated to me was either untrue or mislead my hope to a better future of humanity as a whole. She promised me care and equipment upon my arrival at home, and none was there for my safety when I got home. Every conversation with me was condescending and bad mouthed her fellow coworkers. She would as misleading questions in regard to my care in hopes that I would say bad things about the workers. I even overheard her talking to some of the staff in such a mean and degrading way which led me to believe she grew up without proper care and kindness. On the other hand, all the other workers treated me with such care and patience. They let me take my time and went the extra mile to treat me with respect. My experience with everyone but Katie was beyond phenomenal and have never experienced such great care. I would recommend anyone in need of proper nursing care in this fine establishment without the guidance of that manager Katie. I'll rate my experience 4 stars if I would have never crossed paths with that person. I wish the team nothing but good things at Golden Modesto center xoxo
