The staff at this facility are amazing! Lots of different activities, vending machines, several sitting areas, a beautiful courtyard, small aquarium, 2 parakeets, and a companion dog.

Let's start with the obvious - nobody comes to a nursing facility because they want to. A family member was at Golden Empire and honestly the experience was great overall. There's are a lot of really great staff here and they do a good job caring for patients and getting them through and back home. Some standout amazing staff were Jen (CNA), Josh (PT), Nora (RN), and Anna (SS), and there were plenty of other great folks as well. Overall we were very happy with the level of care given and outcome from a bad thing that happened to be here in the first place.

Golden Empire: I have spent hours here and seen a caring, positive group of emloyees helping, smiling, greeting, making the environment so positive. My sister came in feeling apprehensive, tired, weak. She was gently talked into sitting in the garden, her first time outside in months. She loved the warm fall day. And the person sitting with her was easy, peaceful in conversation. She also has been encouraged to attempt PT, to eat good meals. Every staff member she’s encountered is engaged and busy, but still shares a bit of energy her way. It is a lifting place, a pleasant surprise for me. I was overwhelmed myself at first, new to the whole process. But questions were answered. A team meeting helped me learn what was ahead. I always find an answer and support for questions. My family and I are very comfortable recommending Golden Empire and their multi-level care. It has made my sister’s last stages clean, comfortable, encouraging, and what she really wanted: gentile and peaceful and aware of her.

The main concern with Golden Empire is making sure that they have a copy of the deed to your home and or all assets. My mother does not need to be there because they do not do any more physical therapy, they just want to try and control my mother by telling her she can’t come to visit her daughter because it is an unsafe dwelling. The man who makes the final decision is ignorant they have never been to my home so they really need to watch what they say about someone, my mother needs medical attention very bad, she has swollen ankles and complains to me about severe pain daily and she still has never been seen by one of these incompetent providers. I really don’t know how this scam can operate they have it set up so when your loved one is admitted they will not leave to go home because they won’t admit you unless they have it in blood that everything you own becomes golden empires. This is the biggest rip off I’ve ever seen. They also have some rude nurses that obviously couldn’t get a job anywhere else . Seriously I would rather choose death than existing in that disgusting money mill

Golden Empire Nursing and Rehab delivers excellent experiences. The entire staff is compassionate and professional, but I want to especially highlight Janice. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for throughout their stay. Her kindness and attention to detail truly makes a difference. I highly recommend Golden Empire for anyone needing quality nursing and rehab care! Five stars all the way!
