Avoid, avoid and avoid. After providing wound care to my disabled brother to help our elderly mother Mary Grace (supervisor) decided that they would no longer provide services. This left us high and dry, and without anywhere to order supplies, forcing us to pay exuberant costs to continue to care for his wound. These people have no heart. The nurses weren’t great, and often time did not show without calling and one nurse aggravated the wound causing bleeder on a few occasions. Please call another agency.

I have had issues from day one tried calling and complaining where I feel my complaints were minimized and not taken as serious as they should have been I have them coming out for wound care for two stage 4 wounds and 2 different nurses gave me NEW wounds on 3 different occasions. most of the nurses I have had are polite and nice I don't feel bayada trains their nurses properly I am still with bayada as of right now while looking for a new agency. I would not recommend them to someone I didn't like let alone a family member especially if they are unable to advocate for themselves as I thankfully am able to advocate for myself and it seems it went no where years ago this was a wonderful agency now I don't know what happens and most of the time they will tell you they are under staffed and can't get anyone out there to see you.

Both the RN`s and Physical therapists who came to my house to care for my husband were excellent. From his initial evaluation to his discharge evaluation he received excellent care. They always asked if we had any questions or needed further assistance. I would recommend to anyone.

I’m temporarily housebound after surgery & need a wound care nurse several times a week. I requested Bayada as they had done an excellent job with my mother years ago. My assigned nurse is Theresa & she’s been a Godsend! She’s patient, kind & makes me feel so at ease. She even came out during a snowstorm when there was a problem. My Dr. is very pleased with my progress & how well she’s been taking care of my wound. Everyone at Bayada has been so kind & the social worker checks to make sure I have any other help I may need such as medication, food etc. while I had no need for any other assistance, it’s heartwarming to know that they provide such well-rounded services. If you ever have I need, I recommend them whole heartedly.
