Extremely caring and professional. I am glad we signed up with this agency for my moms care. It’s very obvious from the way they treat their clients that they really care about them. The care coordinator calls my mom regularly to see how things are going. Few times she even went out of her way to get groceries for my mom when she had no money for food. I would 100% recommend this to anyone in need for home care.

beware this agency! they deserve less than one star.They were very unprofessional. Never gave me schedule until the last week of service. I never knew for sure who was coming when. Would not provide a schedule of when the aides were coming even though I asked repeatedly. The don't know how to vet their aides. Most come with a barrage of personal problems that interfered with their ability to function on the job.one was an exception,but left. one of the aides bruised me because she was not trained properly and had no training in body mechanics or how to work with people in wheelchairs.They kept sending her despite the bruises saying they had no one else to send. When I called to express my concerns the supervisor a Pricilla hung up one me. I sent photos of the bruising certified mail,they never responded just ignored it. Dry unprofessional!The whole experience was very stressful and traumatic. Most of the aides had many personal problems and when they called out the agency often left me waiting sometimes all day ,and the aide would show up at 6pm unannounced.The agency would use the excuse They aides did not show or call out,when I saw the aides again they sssured me they did call out.there were so many inconsistencies you never knew who to believe.clients should not have to g,obtrough that.Those running this agency are young and don't have tenough life experience to run an agency..If you are injured or have medical problems beware, as they are not equipped to help you .The supervisor has n't the medical training to train home health aides.They only give their aides 12 hrs orientation .rather than the 75 hrs required by the state.for home health aide trainingTheir promises contained in their five star rating was what they promised me ,butneve r delivered.If that is how they treat their family members be glad you're not a family member,find help elsewhere from an agency with more experience who know what they are doing
