I don't have the words right now how they suck the life out of my dad and just a year! I believe a better clarification when I can muster her up the strength. In the meantime don't leave your loved ones here! I wouldn't even write in one star but I had to in order to post this. Praying for your loved ones there 🙏

This caring place took great care of our mom. They kelp her clean, comfortable & peaceful. Very clean facility. Great customer services & customer care from all staff (nurses, aids, nutritionist, administrator, etc). Everyone was very helpful & very kindhearted. I’m grateful they were available to help my brother & I. 🙏🏾

My aunt is in this facility and has dementia. The nurses have taken good care of her. The facility seems clean. She had an extra long OSU throw that went missing. I had purchased it for her, it was $50. The facility told my aunt and me that if I replaced it I would be reimbursed, this was back in December and I have heard nothing. I went today and asked about it and the lady that works the front desk was dismissive, rude, unprofessional and dishonest. She never came to my aunt’s room like she said she would and then when I called she tried to say my Aunt(who has dementia and is frequently confused) said that the nursing home replaced the throw. The blanket on my aunt is the one I purchased and have never been reimbursed for. Administration is shady for saying they would reimburse me and having no intention of doing so. It is shady that the throw went missing to begin with. My aunt has to buy her own incontinent supplies despite paying about $1400 a month to stay in this facility. No other nursing home I have heard of does this. So it is a clean facility with great nursing staff but theft is tolerated and they have no problem lying straight to your face. If not for the blanket and incontinent supplies I would give this place 5 stars because the nurses are great. The laundry staff might have sticky fingers and the clerical staff at front should be replaced.

Family atmosphere, clean facility, lots of great activities and dedicated staff. I have moved my wife's parents into a few different elder care homes through the years and had a hard time finding a good place in the Tulsa area. I recently have been in Glenwood and definitely think they offer uncompromising care. They have added several new rooms that include a spa tub and rehab room. The staff is always working hard and everything is clean. I would definitely recommend.
