Wonderful place! Great group of physicians and staff. We are very pleased as a family that has placed our love one in their care.

My grandma was septic for the 2nd time, we sent her here, and the staff was very rude and unprofessional. They gave us a dirty room, and didn’t clean it, we did. She couldnt use the bathroom by herself and peed on the chair, they still wouldn’t clean it. They tried charging her for the adult pull ups that are supposed to be donations. Do not send your loved ones here.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Grace Living Center. I’ve been trying to follow up on my application for the past two weeks, calling twice a day, and every single time I’m told the person I need to speak with is “in a meeting.” It started to feel like I was just being brushed off. Today around 10am, I finally asked if it was normal for this person to always be unavailable every time I call, and instead of getting a professional response, the receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me. This is a very poor way to treat potential candidates. First impressions matter, and this experience has been completely unprofessional and disappointing.

This facility does not give hospice kits to dying patients because there is a child facility here as well and a child could get into a care kit. Instead your loved one will gurgle their existence out, along with no hospice medication measures. My Mom was 3 days into actively dying and nurse Jacky said she still needed to “verbalize” her pain in order to get pain medication and my mom could not talk anymore. Excruciating Experience

Do not send any of your loved ones to this place. My grandfather has dementia as a diagnosis and was a fall risk which they were advised about several times and he fell Multiple times while in their care. Not only that, but I found him with urine soaked pants, and when I went to his room, he had tried to go in the trashcan because nobody helped him. Also, An employee brought her child to work while I was there. The kid must’ve been about 8 to 10 years old and was working. My family was fortunate to be up there every day. We luckily just brought my grandfather home Because we were afraid he was going to get hurt Or something worse happening to him in their care. I understand being short-staffed, but if you’re not able To care for patients in a safe environment Then you should not be operating. Or limit Admitting new patients. If your loved ones are currently there, please check on them. Also, we signed a consent to have a camera in his room which was approved. In the last night that He was there,The camera mysteriously was off and you cannot get through to their phone from 9 PM till about 4am.
