Our daughter Sina loved the fusion nurses and Dr Kidd while she was there for over 3 years with metastasized cancer. They treated us with grace and kindness answering our many questions with honesty and kindness.

My advise is to travel elsewhere. This hospital's pricing is absolutely unacceptable. Ladies, over $20,000 for a routine delivery is outrageous and will devastate your family's financial stability. There is no justification for costs this inflated! The anesthesia experience was equally troubling. The epidural process was handled with a level of care and precision that fell far below what any patient should expect, especially during childbirth. The result was unnecessarily painful, drawn-out procedure followed by hours of complete immobility due to the poor judgement of the anesthesiologist and overdose of medication administered. For prices this extreme, the quality of care should be exceptional. Instead, I left feeling overcharged, dismissed, and deeply disappointed. I strongly urge anyone considering this hospital to look elsewhere.

The only reason for two stars is the nurses.. they hold this hospital up on thier shoulders. For real, they are awesome. The billing department is an ABSOLUTE JOKE.... J.O.K.E and, it isn’t a funny joke either. Sending bills to collections without sending a bill to the patient? Yep, they do it. Overcharge and double bill? Yep, they do it. Cancel autopayment and then call you asking why you haven't paid? Yep. They always try to deny it but, it all happens. GMC COULD be a great hospital but... I will go elsewhere because of their notoriously atrocious billing department. Im honestly surprised how there has not been a class action lawsuit against GMC, I am sure one will be on the way, very soon.

Our experience with the receptionist at this therapy center has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I have been bringing my 9-year-old son, who has Down syndrome, for OT, PT, and speech therapy since September. While the therapists themselves have been helpful, the front desk experience has consistently been the worst we’ve encountered anywhere. The receptionist is rude, inflexible, and completely lacking in communication. Recently, after my son had surgery, we tried to schedule a PT appointment. Even though we are existing patients, we had to wait three weeks because the schedule was full. On the day of the appointment, she made a loud and public scene demanding paperwork that I had already submitted, as if I hadn’t done my part. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. Throughout our time here, we’ve had repeated issues with her. She has shown no courtesy, no willingness to help, and no accountability. For example, we were not even informed that our speech therapist would be out for three months on maternity leave until after she was already gone—something that should have been communicated well in advance. It’s disheartening to have to deal with such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior, especially in a setting that is supposed to be supportive and accommodating to children with special needs. This kind of treatment adds unnecessary stress to families already carrying a heavy load.

The staff at GMC was amazing when my family needed them the most. They took excellent care of my grandma while she was there. They made sure we had what we needed and what she needed every step of the way. Nurses went out of their way to accommodate us.
