My sister resides at Glencroft I’ve had only good experiences staff Is friendly as well as residents ! My sister is very happy here. Henry’s Restaurant staff is always so nice & patient .

My husband and I moved here almost 2 yrs ago. Best place ever, we absolutely love it. .Tons of Activities , lots of games,, many bingos, entertainment every Friday night, church services every Sunday, choir, Bible studies, thrift store, market place, tulip gift shop, kareoke. Also 6 weekly shows through the year. Just finished game show week. My husband and I were in the Not so Newly Wed game. Lots of fun!!! We love our casita. All the staff are wonderful.

every time I walk in the person that I'm visiting is in bed watching TV. endless television watching. when people say clean in the reviews they must be talking about somewhere besides Providence House because it smells in there and it's very very hot I had to get my person a fan because she's always saying that he's hot andI when I visit I just it's so so hot. Please don't look at it before you go and take someone there because it doesn't look like the pictures at all. he picked this place out himself over a year ago I don't recognize it from the pictures the furniture is all used and old it's a shared room and it smells of urine and as nice as the people are that work there it's not anything like what we thought it would be it's not worth that kind of money .. but at least there's no abuse that I've heard of. it's well known that the more money they pay the happier the employees are and we don't want unhappy employees taking care of our family that's for sure This man's daughter has abandoned him here I go and see him but sometimes it's just too hot and not immediate staff in the evening or not very nice at all not really The daytime stay off are great not thel later shift. on if you want anybody call you back, good luck

Some of the residents are upset due to the closing of a walkway to an important elevator. They also believe that management doesn't really care. Many of the residents have restricted mobility and the elevator is a vital link to access eateries and recreational/exercise areas.
