This place is terrible not enough room on here to tell my story , needed ice for swelling yet there is no ice available for more than one day

I was there for 2 weeks, after a 5 day hospital stay for a broken femur. First off the bed was so uncomfortable, I ended up sleeping in a very comfortable recliner that fully reclined and it had a charging port for a phone. I had asked for some kind of topper for the bed and I never received it. The maintenance guy Tom was amazing he fixed some issues right away in my room, he also found me the recliner for my room the second day I eat there. The food was sub par, there were a few good meals but for the most part the food was not good. There were a few times that I had pushed the call button for my nurse or CNA and it took almost an hour for someone to come to help me, almost every time it did take more than 30 minutes, I was able to get up to go to the bathroom without assistance but it would have been horrible if I was waiting for assistance to go to the bathroom. The CNAs and nurses were super nice just feel like maybe there weren’t enough CNAs for the number of patients they had on the floor. Conor in PT was really good, Cherise in OT was awesome. I did have an issue trying to get a medication that I knew worked for me and for a couple of days they were giving me something else that didn’t work as well for me.
