Every time I come there to visit my grandma, I feel the staff is very welcoming, and very friendly. The last time I was there I was trying to take a family picture (where I wouldn't have been in it, since I'm holding the camera) but one of the nice ladies that works here offered to take the picture instead so I could be in the photo as well. Very nice place

As I walk down the halls here, I am always greeted with warm smiles and "hellos," not just from staff but also residents. The friendly interactions I see and hear reassure me that this is a safe place for my mom. I am also impressed by the variety of activities planned: music, movies, art projects, games, outings, and holiday parties! What I appreciate most, though, are the caregivers who use their patience, humor, and hugs to put a smile on my mom's face.

My mom has been here for awhile now and it seems to be okay. The staff is friendly to her and that means alot. It's always clean and seems to be a safe place for her. The biggest downfall is the food. It's always bland and poorly presented. They should serve fresh food and vegetables for the residents to remain healthy.

The staff are courteous, caring and professional. They go out of their way to help my mother get the care and exercise she needs. Her family and friends are thankful for the staff at the Pines. Nice job and thank you.
