From the moment my mother arrived at Ghent Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, every single person treated her with kindness, dignity, and compassion. Although she was only there for 21 days, I truly could not have asked for better care during such a difficult time in our lives. I especially want to . Kayla for getting my mom in so quickly , Tanya Robinson, Director of Nursing and my dear friend. Because of Tanya, and all of her staff, along with Erin in HR/staffing always by Tanya’s side through everything, I felt completely safe placing my mother in their care for rehab. Tanya went above and beyond for my mom and for our entire family in ways I will never forget. I also want to thank Bianca the unit manager on 3 . Rebecca the social Worker , the nurses — Joe, Danielle, Renee, Shelly , Tenneil, Ivan and Latoya — and anyone else I forgot, for the compassion, comfort, and love they showed my mother every single day. And a very special thank you to my daughter Imya, the best CNA in the facility. Seeing the love and care she gave her grandmother, while knowing how hard this was for her, along with the compassion she shows every patient she touches, makes me beyond proud. Along with Imya, every CNA who placed hands on my mother treated her with dignity, kindness, patience, and respect during the hardest days of our lives. Watching someone you love reach the end of their life is something no family is ever truly prepared for, but this facility gave my mother peace, comfort, and dignity in her final days. For that, I will forever be grateful. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for giving my mom such beautiful care and for giving our family comfort during an unimaginable time. I truly could not have asked for a better ending for my mother’s life than what you gave her. You will always hold a special place in my heart.. thank you Sincerely Janell Rossi ❤️

I’ve had mixed experiences at Ghent Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. Unfortunately, a lot of the nurses haven’t always been the most attentive or helpful. However, I do want to recognize one staff member who truly stands out Drew. She is an amazing, hardworking young woman who always goes the extra mile for the residents. She stays on top of everything and handles her responsibilities with so much strength and patience. Every time I see her, she’s warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She’s an absolute sweetheart and clearly cares deeply about the people she takes care of. Staff like Drew make a big difference.

Don’t put your loved ones here unless you want them neglected! Many employees drinking alcohol and smoking weed on the job day and night shift!! Most aides will also verbally abuse residents especially on unit 1. The DON is never in the building when they should be either rather be smoking cigarettes or getting coffee

The worst nursing home I’ve ever seen. They lack in every area. Food terrible, ignore patients needs, leave sitting when help is needed, takes several calls from family to attempt getting your loved one the attention needed. Very rude to the patient. Their neglect will cost a patient their life.
