Pro: Visiting over the last few months, I’ve noticed some positive changes as far as staff members and patient care. The staff environment appears more positive and they are a lot more welcoming. The food is good and I see effort on the cleanliness and decor. Con: This building is a bit old and needs lots of maintenance and improvements. A staff member rubbed me the wrong way, I asked for my mother in law to be brought ice water and the girl rolled her eyes and blew her breath. Also noticed staff arguing about who was going to shower who… seemed to be arguing over caring for the other patients. Few Bad weeds need to be removed Overall see a trying group and still have hopes for a 360 turn round

This facility has taken great strides in improving everything from patient care to housekeeping. The staff truly care for their residents and are striving for excellence in all aspects. Georgia Manor has a more personal feel to it than some of the bigger facilities which is refreshing.
