I can’t say enough good things about this hospice company and the care they provide. During a very difficult time, their team showed compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness every single day. They treated not only the patient with dignity and respect, but also made sure the entire family felt supported and informed. The nurses and staff are attentive, responsive, and truly go above and beyond to make sure their patient has EVERYTHING they need day or night.. They take the time to explain everything clearly and never make you feel rushed or overlooked. It meant a lot knowing i could count on them whenever I needed help or have questions. What really stands out is how much they truly care. It takes a very special kind of person to do what they do and I thank God for each and every one of them. I would absolutely recommend Gentiva Hospice to anyone needing compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care.

have been so blessed to have Gentiva involved in both of my parents’ care. Their support has been an incredible source of relief and comfort, especially since both my parents were placed on hospice just a week apart. The compassion, professionalism, and unwavering dedication of the entire Gentiva team have meant the world to us. This rating is for all the amazing aides and nurses who have taken care of my 97 year old mother for the past 7 months. They called within 30 minutes of the palliative nurse from the hospital, requesting Gentiva as our hospice in Batesville. The staff has been friendly and positive throughout this time. Especially noteworthy are Edith Lopez, care aide, and Kayla Yeager, RN, who have contacted me after hours concerned about my mother's well-being during a time of her not feeling well. The only negative comment I have to give is the Doctor's limiting the number of pills to only 15 at a time. I would like to see this policy changed to a month's worth so there will be less trips to the pharmacy. Kayla and Alahna are very prompt to order the meds when needed. I highly recommend this company to others needing compassionate, loving care. Glenita Anderson

We have been with Gentiva Hospice for little over a year now. The nurses and aides have been wonderful! My daddy passed after being on their care for 2 weeks. The outpouring love when he passed was so heartfelt. My mama is still getting their services. Her nurses Kayla ,Lauren and Cheyan are so incredible! Don't know what we would do without them! Keep doing a great job!!

I would like to Thank Gentiva Hospice care and all the staff for taking such good care of my mother, Mrs. KITTY. All Nurses, C.N.A.'s Social Workers, Doctors and office staff. I could look world over and never find better care than Gentiva.
