The manager franchester i came in to apply to be on the list for an apt . She gave me the forms to fill out . I brought them back there were a few items I wasn't sure how to fill out . Instead of her helping me she put tabs on the areas and sent me off to come back in two weeks . Im on social security and work part time . The income I was told was 47000 cut off by franchester Now today avia tells me its 42000 I am way below that . I sold a few items on ebay then the say they projected my ebay sales to be 4000 ? Its no where near that. I found them to be very unprofessional and shady. Make sure you seem destitute before applying. They wasted 3 months of my time. 2 documents of social security prove my income . A few sales on ebay they jacked up to 4000 ? The whole experience was very shady And all this to be put on a waiting list of 3 to 5 years. franchesta and avia made my experience a horrible .
