My experience with this hospice team has been truly comforting during a challenging time. From the start, Rich stood out with his kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we never felt rushed or overwhelmed. The entire team has been incredibly supportive, responsive, and respectful. They focus not just on care, but on comfort, dignity, and emotional support — which makes a world of difference. I’m very grateful for Rich and the care provided by this hospice. Their compassion and professionalism brought us peace when we needed it most, and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking hospice support.

I recently met Rich from this home care agency, and I was truly impressed from the very beginning. A few weeks ago, I was reaching out to area Hospice services for my cousin’s husband who had become gravely ill. One of the calls I made was to western reserve and had the pleasure of speaking with Rich Piekarski. The kindness and empathy shown by his staff and himself was what they should model facilities in the healthcare industry. Rich’s knowledge and professionalism was unlike many that you find today as we seem to be leaning towards automated technology without personal care or touch. I do some volunteer work about an hour away, and I know the industries mission statement is to show all the love, care, and empathy towards the patient and their families. It’s my honor to share this newly found treasure in our area that can be recommended to local people that end of life concerns can be held with such dignity. Many people facing this grief are not versed on counseling care as well as spiritual, Both of which are needed and provided at The gardens ofWestern Reserve.

My family had a wonderful experience with Gardens of Western Reserve Home Care. We were in a state of crisis and needed help immediately with my loved one. Rich and his team were amazing. Rich was able to get us help within 24 hours. Our caregivers were phenomenal! The team was able to meet my loved ones increasing needs without difficulty. Everyone was friendly, professional and reliable. I am so thankful for their services and companionship. I wish we would have reached out to them sooner. I could not imagine a better place to have cared for my father in his last seven months of life. This company is second to none and the care they provide is just outstanding. They were very responsive no matter what time we needed them and they sent only the best people to care for my father. From the start to the very end, they were with us every step of the way.
