I use this agency to provide care for my mother. My mother can be difficult at times but the office staff is wonderful with assisting my family to make sure she receives the best care. I definitely appreciate the support and care that my mother receives!

This is the most unprofessional lying company I've ever used. Lisa is not a person to run a company. She blames others for her incompetence. Trying to get her worker to get information from our case worker and blaming everything on COVID. if I could give minus star's this would be the so called company to give it to.stop harassing me with the calls.

Garden of prayer has been a blessing for both my family and myself, we dealt with agencies for years before finally getting it right. Personally been there over 3 years, been blessed too meet some incredible people and friends, sometimes on these reviews I see people upset for a minute, not realizing this job is 24 7 365. Never say something when your hurt, never can take it back, God bless.

We got off to a little rocky start with Lisa and Garden of Prayer 3 years ago. This was at the start of COVID, and the caregiver that was going to be taking care of my wife decided that morning that she was going to work elsewhere. Lisa was a little late getting to our house because she just found out as she and the caregiver were supposed to arrive. Lisa showed us that morning what she was willing to do personally when something prevents the normal caregiver or someone else from coming out. She assigned another caregiver temporarily to take care of my wife, and then Tatyana started a few weeks later. Tatyana is still coming after 3 years which has been great for consistency as I know there is a lot of turnover in this. Tatyana takes great care of my wife 4-6 hours/week day including getting her dressed each morning and giving her showers 3 days/week. When she isn't able to come, Lisa assigns another caregiver or still comes herself. The kids and I get my wife back in bed each night. When I travel some, Lisa and Tatyana have been great to rearrange their schedules to be able to get my wife back in bed including weekends. Even though it seemed like we didn't start very well with Garden of Prayer, we actually did as Lisa showed that morning that she cares. She continues to provide great personal service when needed, and we are thankful that Tatyana is still with us on a daily basis since almost the beginning.
