My mother stayed here in March of this year. She left by ambulance with a number of infections and told the hospital that she felt unsafe and feared for her life at Garden Crest. She died shortly after.

Garden Crest is fantastically fun, with a seriously skilled staff. I had major cancer surgery that required me to have care in a skilled nursing facility. When I arrived I immediately felt the warmth and comfort of a Family of professionals, compassionate and poised to serve. The Dr's, Nurses and wound care team amazed me along with PT/OT as they were all thoroughly aware of my needs and provided the type positive form of assistance required to get me home!!! The food was exceptional and they were always intune with holidays and special occasions including candle light dinners! My experience with everyone that engaged me was uplifting and encouraging!!! My father just came home from here and it was a great experience. The people working there were so kind and took wonderful care of him. He had been at another facility last time and it was not good at all so we were so relieved when he was happy. The building is a little old but the people are just great.

Thank you to the Garden Crest team, nurses and rehab. You guys did a tremendous job with my mom from not being able to walk to getting her up and walking stuff is very attentive And always answering all types of questions I had thank you to everyone
