Can’t speak for any other part than the memory care but it smells like urine and poop. Male resident was destroying property and urinating on the floor even though the staff were trying to redirect him. He was destroying property and nothing would stop him. Completely understaffed. Why would anyone want to put 20 extremely handicapped people under one roof and have two 16 year old girls take care of them. No nurses to be seen any time I have visited.

My father has been at Galeon for about 9 months. He started in Westview, the assisted living facility and has been in the long term care building the last 2 months. He’s currently receiving hospice care here. Although this is an older building, it’s well kept, clean and most importantly has an amazing staff. My family and I are so thankful for the wonderful care he has been given from the very beginning and especially now during his final days.

As a home care company (Alternative Senior Care) we've been partnering with Galeon for many years. My own mother was in their rehab department for about six months. She loved the pool therapy! The staff is friendly and compassionate. The facility is always clean and inviting. Through personal and professional experience, we can say this is a wonderful facility for aging seniors.

Excellent staff, clean rooms, they take great care of our Mom. TV room, family room with games, and TV also. Activities, snacks, and very decorative surroundings...Very nice place.

The staff is very kind and friendly to both the residents and the visitors. The dining room offers a beautiful view of the scenery and the Central Lakes Trail can be accessed nearby.
