May The Most High bring "Judgment" down upon this "Forsaken" place soon. Employees here have the most disrespectful disposition, seriously, and "aren't Mentally Fit" to work with the public. "Ill-Mannered", "Ill-Tempered" with little patience, and always looking to provoke, pick, prick, prod, and poke to incite an argument or discomfort whatever which way. Again, this behavior isn't normal, nor natural, very disturbing and unacceptable. Unfortunately, the question comes to mind, "Who raised these people?". This is how sad this Energy is. LORD! It's a never-ending ridiculousness. My God!!!!! As I was attempting to sign out around 6:30 pm, I had noticed that I'm signed out of the system. So, I had asked the receptionist, "Have someone signed me out of the system already?" Which has been happening quite often lately. She replied, "Yes". By who? "Anyone working the front desk can sign you out. My next question was, "What are the hours we are permitted to visit before signing out?" With her displaying this seemingly annoyed emotional demeanor, "theatrics", she persistently cut over my questions 3x with, "It's a new policy, take it up with HR! All visitors have to sign in and out using their phone number. So, my questions were valid. I have a right to know who and why someone continously signing me out of the system during my visit, and if they are using my phone number to do it. I had no idea that the front desk receptionists are required to sign out visitors before their visit is over or left the building. Update It happened again tonight, between 8:30-8:35 on Wednesday 25, 2026. I've spoken with the security guard and was informed that no one is able to sign a visitor out of the system because a phone number is required to do so. It's a shame on this staff's behalf that I was forced to change the phone number I was using. The number was changed this night, Feb 25, 2026. As of March 31, 2026, I will no longer attempt to sign out of the building using the kiosk. The front desk completes my visit (immediately sign-out visit) as soon as I sign In. All to aggravate. Immature Staff.

A friends mom is there and I stopped by to visit. The facility was clean and the family members were satisfied with the care of their loved one.

The faculty was amazing and always uplifting to those in need. We at The Place Where God Is In Control Church enjoyed our visit in ministry with the residents. Rev Jervel Gilbert (Pastor) and Co-Pastor Samuel C Gilbert

Unfortunately one of the most Unprofessional so-called nursing/rehabilitation center to have any human being as a resident. The staff and CNAs of this facility makes it difficult while visiting your loved one; A very "Hostile Environment". I can never visit in Peace. "It seems" every time I visit, my mother's space (her side of the room) is cluttered with she and her roommates things. Her belongings are intentionally thrown here and there before I enter the room. This has become obvious over time. All of this in the hope to provoke anger. The contained and concentrated "Negative Energy" in this facility is "Unbearable", which has caused my presence to be reduce to one or two visits every couple of months. The overall "Character" and its "Aura" is worth the city's "Observation". CNAs are very disrespectful to visitors and condescending with residents. Therefore my interactions with them are thoughtful as well as limited. Almost every response on their behalf is spoken with offensive undertones. To be "Involved" in the care of your loved one, will render you "blacklisted",gaslit, and disregarded. Employees and other staff in leadership lacks "Professionalism" "Compassion", "Care", "Empathy" and "Respect" for concerned relatives. "Truly an Uncivilized Experience" indeed. Yet even still, we do not harbor any animosity nor ill will towards anyone. However, this behavior needs to be corrected as soon as possible. We're speaking about what appears to be adults here. Most individuals are aware that "Hurt people hurts people", and I "Sincerely Hope" all "Improves" very soon. At the least for the residents sake.
