While visiting my uncle i went to the desk outside his room and asked for a washcloth so i could shave him and the ladies looked at me as if i made an out if this world request. After they looked at each other five minutes later someone decided to go and get one for me, i didn’t know a request like that would cause a lot if discussion.

I hate that every time I visit my father he is complaining about the staff not taking care of him. Saying they have to many patients. Really

My Mother was taken there on April 16th of this year. The Care she received from the staff there was Extraordinary. The Nurses, the Assistants and the Physical therapy staff was wonderful. Her roommate was great and she was clean and well cared for. I would recommend this location to friends and family. Keep up the great work and God Bless 🙏😊👍.

Absolutely horrible "care." I would give zero stars if possible. My mother was neglected and malnourished. Malnourished because the food isn't fit for a dog, much less someone's mother! Neglected because she did not receive oxygen when a nurse said out loud she had low blood oxygen! The nurse just walked away and told no one that a patient was in crisis! I removed her from FutureCare the next day believing another day at FutureCare just might kill her. She was much weaker leaving than when she went in. The icing on the cake was the fact that they never even removed her IV! The photo shows my mother at M&T Bank 15 minutes after her release. The bank manager was absolutely shocked that my mother still had an IV in her arm. Neither my mother nor I were the least bit surprised-- this kind of oversight seems par for the course at FutureCare. Her Opthamalogist ended up removing the IV for her because she refused to return to FutureCare for any reason. Horrible, horrible, horrible place. My mother was nothing but a cash cow! A billable bed! If you don't genuinely care about people, please don't become a nurse. Lots of texting going on at FutureCare instead of taking care of the patients-- do your job or quit! No one is making you be a nurse. Both Northwest Hospital and Future Care are under the LifeBridge Healthcare umbrella. Avoid as if your life depended on it!!
