Horrible place. Ignored my family member during the stay. Did not bathe nor care for family member. When I picked up family member, they tried to refused personal belongings, stating " they did not know where any of it was located". They let family member leave in a hospital gown. The aide wheeled family member out to vehicle and did not help me get family member into vehicle. Aide then looked me in the eye and said good luck. This place should be closed and or sued. No one at this facility should be working in this field

If I could give less than 1 star review, I would. The staff was rude and disrespectful to me. Refused to let me know what medications they were giving to me. Person running the kitchen told me right to my face she would NOT provide Vegan meals for me. That she had a company who delivers there and that I had to take whatever they brought. When I got up to sitting in a chair outside my room, I saw and heard how tremendously differently they treated other patients in contrast with how they were treating me. Only when I pushed to be released home did they start treating me decently. I would never go there ever again, nor would I want anyone I know or met go there. What they tell you is the opposite of what they do. They do answer the Call Button quickly, and it does have large spacious, easy to use shower; however, the violations of your rights as a patient are ignored and violated. I ended up feeling like, “Just keep your mouth shut, and get out of here as soon as you can.” They did not put through a Referral for me to have a Home Health Nurse, nor for a Home Health AId I needed in going home to be all on my own thereby endangering my life by causing excessive delays in my proper medical care. Not only that, but the ride they arranged to get me home - they had it BILLED to me rather than cover it as they led me to believe they were doing. WARNING, WARNING, WARNING. DANGER, DANGER. Do NOT Ever be a patient here, nor allow any relative of yours to be transferred here.

My mom was at friends assisted living for 8 years before her death at age 90 & staff (with the exception of one person who was fired) were great. Administrator Hannah was fabulous, friendly, professional, kept me informed of medical or social concerns, and truly seemed to love my mom. I never worried about my mom & loved all the family activities. The grounds are phenomenal & well tended. Thanks to everyone who took care of Gert!

I used Friends Care's outpatient rehabilitation for physical therapy. I had rotator cuff surgery and utilized their facility and services for my initial PT. Rob, the Physical Therapist who worked with me during my initial rehabilitation was awesome. He was both knowledgeable and attentive. The rest of the staff was very open and friendly. I was extremely glad I had utilized this facility.

Include skilled, extended, assisted living and independent living care in a small community complex. Good staff to resident ratio. Beautiful facility in a semi wooded area with wildlife.
