My husband found TF & we moved my mom into their memory care and are so pleased with her care there. Gale, the director of MC, is so loving & kind. All of the caregivers are amazing & treat my mom with love & respect. Lisa, the executive director, is great. She is quick to answer questions & resolve issues. The only drawback is the business office...we've had many issues with bills, accounting as well as them filing the LTI claims correctly which is frustrating. Other then that, we are very satisfied with having my mom there.

My father has been in the memory care at The Forum for over a year now. He enjoys the activities and the staff is fantastic and loving. The memory care Director Gale Moyo is always available for questions and advice and is incredibly helpful with any issue that comes up. She and her staff do a fantastic job, my father’s quality of life definitely improved when he moved here.

Proving hospice care at The Forum has been a amazing experience ever since Gale director of memory care has started she has made some amazing changes from changing staff to even getting on the floor to help her staff if need be. When I walk in it's always a good time gale and her team always have a smile on their face and always willing to lend a helping hand. I recommend if your looking for a safe loving place for your loved one this is definitely the place they treat their residents with love, compassion and respect

My students and I attended this facility for a Senior Film Project. Ms.Angelle helped from the beginning up to the very second of us walking out the door. She made it possible for my students to interview the residents for their projects. By assisting them with pairing them up with residents. Even tho some residents were unable to attend she assisted with finding others while we were there. You can tell that she gets along with the residents there and that they both have a love for each other. The entire staff that we interacted with were helpful and kind. There was a sense of peace with all we encountered. The facility was clean and it smelled good as well. I was appreciative to be able to work with such a great staff. That was more than welcoming to my kids and I.

I absolutely love visiting this community! From the moment I walk in, the staff always welcomes me so warmly, it truly feels like such a positive and inviting environment. What stands out the most is how vibrant and active the residents are. Every time I’m there, they’re engaged in a variety of activities and genuinely having a great time. It’s clear that there’s a strong sense of community and joy throughout. Everyone I’ve encountered, both staff and residents, has been incredibly friendly and kind. It’s a place that really feels full of life, connection, and care. Highly recommend the Forum!
