I came to the Lakes Building to provide a professional service for a resident, as she gets her blood drawn in her home. I approached the desk to ask for assistance, I was told there was a sign in requirement, so I attempted to use the iPad, It asked for a pin code that I did not have, I told the man at the desk that I did not have a code and Saul responded "I don't know what to tell you, everyone has to sign in.<br>It ended with me calling the resident and making her come all the way down to the lobby, at 8am.<br>I feel like the front desk could have been a bit more professional in helping me through the process, as i have never been here before. Apparently the system was supposed to automatically send me a text, with a code, which I never did get.
