I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY BY NO MEANS!!! I'm only giving one star because zero stars wasn't an option. My sister and I have so much to say about our experience with my mom being in this filthy, neglectful place. Will come back to edit this post or elaborate further in a separate post, but I URGE YOU NOT TO PLACE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!!

Every single person is thoughtful, courteous and goes above & beyond. I would feel comfortable if I were to place my mom here.

If I could give zero stars I would. This facility should be shut down in my opinion. Not only is it Very old and outdated but its unsanitary. My brother was here under hospice care and while visiting him I noted roaches, thick caked on dirt around baseboards in restrooms, urine stains running down walls around toilets, sticky floors that you could feel your shoes sticking to, dingy dirty looking bedding and patient rooms that looked unclean with old broken furnishings and a tv that didn't work. I expressed my dislike for the facility and was told because my brother had medicaid no where else would have him. Shameful!!

I will not even give the one star. My mother was severely constipated, looked like she was 6 months pregnant, and let me remind you my mother is like a 100 pounds. Soaking, wet.. I had to end up calling an ambulance and I'm glad I did. The ER doctor said she was so backed up. He had to use his own hand to get in there. And break it up. And he said, he definitely she should have definitely been seeing a lot. Sooner. Do not bring your loved one here. The nurses were mean to my mom, too. And I believe her because some of them were rude to me.
