If you happen to be looking for a skilled nursing/rehab center, look no further! Falls Run is without a doubt the best you can find in the Fredericksburg Stafford area. The entire staff has been the most accommodating, friendly and professional individuals I have ever come across in the medical field. I can’t thank enough Brittany Carter, Admissions, for helping us through such an ordeal as we’ve been faced with these days. The nursing staff and of course the physical therapy department I need to say have been the best we have come across in several months! Thank you all for helping everything come back together again in our lives!

My mom was very nervous about going to a rehabilitation facility after her knee surgery, but the staff at Falls Run made her feel comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning. Everyone took the time to explain everything thoroughly throughout her stay, which helped ease her concerns and gave our family peace of mind. We truly appreciated the care, patience, and support she received. Thank you to the entire Falls Run team for making her recovery experience a positive one

I had a wonderful experience with Falls Run Nursing & Rehabilitation while my aunt was a resident there. The care she received was excellent, and the therapy team was outstanding. The admission process was fast, smooth, and easy, which made a stressful situation much easier for our family.

The staff did a great job communicating with me and keeping me informed about my aunt’s care. The facility was always clean with no unpleasant odors. One of the biggest surprises was the food, my aunt is a very picky eater, and she genuinely enjoyed her meals.

I highly recommend Falls Run Nursing & Rehabilitation to anyone looking for quality care, compassionate staff, and a positive rehabilitation experience.
