Charter has very genuine caring individuals in key positions. They have very energized and creative people who rotate elaborate decorations keeping the atmosphere vibrant for residents and workers. The RN staff often went above and beyond to care for our family member. They are phenomenal. The head chef takes great pride in his service , and the dinning staff are attentive and caring. The activities director works tirelessly to have both consistent activities as well as fresh ideas mixed in. All of this excellent. The only challenge during our family member’s stay was staffing at the CNA level. This had minimal impact for us, but hopefully has become more stable. We are grateful for the personnel and service we received. They are very dear people.
