I broke mi DiBiase and needed rehab. I felt safe and well taken care of at Fraser Villa. Every nurse and CNA I encounters seemed compassionate and caring. My rehab team of aLinsey and Maua were absolutely wonderful. My thanks to you all.

A loved one had a recent stay there. The staff was caring and super responsive. Jerry (our staff nurse) was especially attentive to details, listened carefully and thoughtfully processed. Andrea, a Nurse's Aide had more energy. She was constantly tending her assigned rooms, always with a smile. Most of the staff would get something from the rfrigerator if you had choices there, and often did so without being asked. Fraser Villa was clean. One thing frequently seen and heard at nursing homes are nurses lights on and ignored, patients wailing and complaining. This nursing home smells good, the staff are always smiling, and the patients seem happy smiling, and well attended to. None of the staff complain about the patients, and I haven't seen the patients complain about the staff. The food can be terrible at times, but if a patient complains, or they notice the patient didn't eat, they ask why, and if it was a complaint about the food itself, they offer other acceptable alternatives and deliver it with a smile.

We would like to thank Fraser Villa for the exceptional care my mother is receiving during her rehab stay. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with dignity, warmth, and professionalism. A special thank-you to Deanna Clark who answered all our questions and concerns prior to her arrival. To April Bowman for her genuine care and compassion from the moment we met with her. To all the Nurses, Nurses Aide, Assistants and PT Staff for your kindness, care and patience in making all the difference in her recovery. Whether it was medical attention, physical therapy, or emotional support, every need is met with genuine compassion. The facility is clean, well-organized, and feels more like a home. Communication with our family has been excellent—we always feel informed and involved. Knowing she is in such good hands give's us peace of mind knowing she is being cared for. We highly recommend Fraser Villa to anyone who may need outstanding rehab care.

If you want excellent, consistent and professional medical care, this is NOT the place for you. I stayed here recently for 4 days and was treated horribly! There cleaning lady took 3 days to clean my room after asking a couple of times. She rinsed her toilet bowl brush in the sink I use to wash my face and brush my teeth! There nurse aids are rude and unhelpful. The PT, Mohamed wasnt interested in providing structured and good PT sessions. Im going to Henry Ford outpatient PT now and getting excellent PT therapy! The police were called at the end of the hallway and 10 medical staff were negligent in assisting the residents due to the drama! I could go on for a long time with many reasons to avoid this place. The place is NOT clean and not maintained. Do your homework, There are better places to get well!
