Hello remodel! The facility remodel was beautifully done but the best part about Franklin Nursing Home is the staff. The Administrator, DON and team have worked their for years! The staff at Franklin know their residents and their needs! They are truly a 5 star facility!

I gave a 1 star because that is as low as I can go. The care at this home is excellent. But dealing with administration was like dealing with the mafia. Crystal Morgan, business manager, lies. She does ;nothing but lie. Charles Hernandez, forget about getting in touch with him. And they won't even tell you who corporate is. You literally cannot find out who owns this nursing home. They will continually try to bleed money out of the family and do not set up a trust for your relative. It will disappear. Nope. Absolutely run from this facility.
