If you don't care about your love one this is the place to punish!! I would Not recommend this facility to anyone. The level of care for my love one is horrible I'm in the process of getting him transferred to another county. Also I didn't have any idea he was going to this hell place.

The staff at this facility does not care about your loved one. They are only there to collect a paycheck and do not give the proper care nor will they explain anything to you when u ask. They give you an answer of “I don’t know” and never follow up.

As my mother has needed nursing care over the past several weeks, we chose Crossroads in Hearne. It has been a very good choice for us! With few exceptions, the nursing staff and custodians and front desk and office staff have been a nice blessing to us, and have offered excellent care for Mom and great compassion towards our family. I’m very pleased and grateful for Crossroads Nursing and Rehab Center of Hearne. Thanks! JH
