As the owners of a newly opened local Home Care agency, we were thrilled to be invited by Bob for a personal tour of Franke Tobey Jones. The community itself is absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and professional. It’s also exciting to see their current expansion projects underway. The historic beauty of the grounds was very impressive. We are so impressed by the high standard of care and environment they provide. Thank you, Bob, for the wonderful tour!

As a Senior Living Advisor, I frequently work with families who require quick, thoughtful, and highly strategic transitions from home, the hospital, skilled nursing, or other senior living communities. Every time I collaborate with Carole Velez at Franke Tobey Jones, she helps make those transitions feel as seamless and supported as possible.<br><br>Carole is incredibly personable and does a phenomenal job connecting with families throughout the touring and intake process. She has a deep understanding of both her community and the senior living industry as a whole, and it truly shows through her professionalism, compassion, and ability to navigate complex situations with grace. Families consistently feel heard, supported, and cared for when working with her.<br><br>I am always impressed by the level of collaboration, communication, and care provided by the Franke Tobey Jones team. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the environment feels warm and welcoming, and the staff do an outstanding job keeping residents engaged, happy, dignified, and cared for through every stage of aging and end-of-life care.<br><br>It is always a pleasure working alongside Carole and the entire Franke Tobey Jones community!

My mom was a resident of Franke Tobey Jones for the last 9 years, first in assisted living and then in memory care. The facility and campus are great, but it is the staff that really makes FTJ exceptional.The CNA’s, activity personnel and nurses treated my mom with kindness and compassion from the very beginning, and became her extended family in her new home. When I would visit, my mom always had a smile on her face, and would say “I really like it here!” The nursing staff was so thoughtful and competent in caring for my mom at the end of her life, and also extended support and empathy to me and my sister, which we greatly appreciated. FTJ is the best, and I can’t say enough good things about it!
