I am incredibly grateful for the care my uncle Floyd had received at Franciscan Court Supportive Living in West Chicago, IL. My biggest hope was simply to find a place where he could feel safe, supported and cared for and to simply begin to enjoy his independence and dignity. At Franciscan Court, I have truly seen that happen, my uncle was very happy there. He became more engaged, happy and loved everyone in the community. The care givers and nursing staff team had gone above and beyond, and the consistency, kindness, and patience shown by the staff there have made such a meaningful difference in his day-to-day life. After a very difficult year that included several ER and doctor visits my uncle Floyd passed away in June 2026. I am deeply saddened but at the same time I am very appreciative of the great care he received along with the support and leadership of the administrative team for their compassion and willingness to work with him and myself during a challenging time. Being treated with understanding and humanity dignity and respect has meant more to me than I can easily put into words. Franciscan Court had become a place that genuinely felt like home for my uncle Floyd, and I am so thankful he had the opportunity to live there. Our entire family is incredibly grateful for the almost 5 wonderful years my mother spent at Franciscan Court. I scouted out many places before I was referred to FC. I knew as soon as I met Drew that this was the place for my Mom. The staff is kind and caring and truly attentive to the residents needs. Nurse Jenny is amazing along with the CNA staff. This is a very special place that kept residents engaged with excellent activities, live entertainment and my mom’s favorite - bingo! All of this along with being clean as a whistle and serving great tasting food. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in such a great place. Highly recommend.

Our family feels that the our father was treated with dignity, compassion, and genuine concern. The staff went beyond their duties to ensure his comfort and well-being. They communicated with the family on a regular basis with any concerns they had with his care. We feel that Dad's time at Franciscan Court Supportive Living gave him the quality of life that he would not have gotten elsewhere.

When it became clear that my mother could no longer live on her own, my brother and I visited several Assisted/Supportive Living facilities. We were struck immediately by how Franciscan Court had what can only be described as a warm/family feel to it. It was evident that the people living there were happy and very well taken care of. From the time our mother moved in until she passed away last month she received excellent and loving care from everyone who worked there. All of our interactions with the staff was a positive one and it was evident that our mother was receiving the kind of care we had always hoped for her to have. I would strongly encourage anyone who is looking for a place where they can rest assured that their loved one is receiving quality care in a safe and positive environment to consider Franciscan Court.

The owners of Franciscan Court have a passion for helping and caring for people. Family owned and lovingly cared for, Franciscan Court is clean and every time I visit, the residents always seem happy. They offer a variety of activities to help keep residents engaged. The staff are loving and kind which helps to make this a true community rather than just another supportive living facility. Franciscan Court also treats their staff well as is evidenced by the low staff turnover. Devoted employees who are treated well help ensure that residents are well taken care of.
