Visit was good. Someone offered me a needed cup of coffee. I was grateful. I had one complaint. My husband can't communicate very well. He gets lonely since his roommates speak Spanish only.. He gets very lonely between visits. I guess his volume on the tv annoyed other roommates. It was unplugged. I understand that. I put it on mute and added sub titles. He now does not feel so lonely and isolated. A small thing like little constant outside stimulus is depressing. Putting TV on mute with subtitles may make his healing a blessing. I hope this can be translated to nursing staff to make sure the TV is on mute with sub titles and if possible keep TV channel on MSNow or CNN. He.likes politics.

I’m giving it a 5 stars… simply because my loved one only has a few days in that facility… and so far some and when it say SOME I can’t emphasize it enough but some of the staff have been great and helpful, the other staff I’ve had to deal with are very arrogant as if I’m asking for their paycheck! When I ask questions the only answer I get is “I don’t know or the drs this or dr that”, also when calling for certain information ATTITUDE! any how this time around the visit was short but the staff was as helpful and nice. Will see how it goes while we have our loved one there.

Highly recommended — a wonderful place for recovery! The facility is updated and well-maintained, always very clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I am truly grateful my mom is here, as she feels comfortable, supported, and cared for every day. The rehabilitation team is attentive, and it gives me peace of mind knowing she is in good hands.
