I have partnered with this team multiple times and this team is who I would want to take care of me or my family. They go above and beyond with being a part of each individual’s team.<br><br>Administrator Courtney and RSD Grace have cared for the residents as if they are their own family. Their attention to detail and clear communication make them great care partners. They go above and beyond to support their needs and have pulled longer than normal hours to do so. Megan, Gianna, and Lindsay, med techs have made themselves available while still performing other tasks. They pay attention to their residents and see them as individuals, tailoring needs to them. Ramona, caregiver, also makes herself available while assisting other residents and provides invaluable information used to help plan cares.

Fountain Court Senior Living in Maple Valley deserves the highest praise, and so does its exceptional manager, Courtney, Kyle, along with her remarkable team — Megan, Gianna, Semira, Anu, and their wonderful head chef, Kim.<br><br>I worked closely with Courtney during the summer of 2024 after my 95‑year‑old mother suffered a fall and needed to transition to assisted living. My mother deeply valued her independence, and this was an emotional and difficult time for our family. From the moment we arrived, Courtney and her staff demonstrated a level of care, compassion, and professionalism that went far beyond what I ever expected.<br><br>Courtney is extraordinary. She made sure my mother’s needs were always met — not just physically, but emotionally. She ensured my mom felt seen, valued, loved, and genuinely cared for every single day. Her leadership sets the tone for the entire community.<br><br>Kyle is a quiet angel — always present, always attentive, always making sure things get done with kindness and humility. His gentle presence brought comfort to both my mother and our family.<br><br>Every staff member under Courtney’s leadership reflects the same high standard of care. Their work is not just a job; it is clearly a calling. Their compassion, patience, and humanity shine through in everything they do.<br><br>When my mother reached the end of her life, the team worked seamlessly and tenderly with hospice. They guided her, and us through her final days with grace, dignity, and love. They helped usher my mom into heaven with peace. Our family will never forget that.<br><br>I cannot recommend Fountain Court, Courtney, and her entire staff highly enough. They are exceptional human beings doing exceptional work, and our family is forever grateful.

The staff at Fountain Court are really wonderful and I've taken great care of my brother over the last three years.
