Nice to know that the area is screened and security is a priority with the facility for loved ones and friends. Although through the screening process of questions, declarations, and agreements, it would be nice to see a statement that any personal and private information provided to Fortuna Rehabilation & Wellness Center or their affiliates and representatives will not be shared, sold, marketed, etc., or use the information by any third party and shall only be used for the purpose of secure entry to the visiting facility.

My mother had a stroke and stayed about a month . We found the staff to be capable and caring. She actually came to love the PT,OT,ST staff. It was a difficult situation but they helped us thew it.

Your staff is so wonderful. Three of them helped to find a handmade blanket, I had given to a resident, that had disappeared. It was great to give it to him again and he was so happy. It was in the laundry room, don't know how or why, but he has it now, yippee 😁. Thank you so much for your help
